Today, 2 September 2014, His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of Romania, awarded, in the Romanian Saints Hall of the Patriarchal Residence, the Diploma and homage medal of the Brancovean Saints Martyrs to Symbol Chorus of Youth and Children of the Romanian Patriarchate. The distinctions were handed over to Rev Archdeacon Jean Lupu \u2013 conductor of the chorus.<\/p>\n
The festive event was occasioned by the “Symbol\u201d Chorus of Youth and Children of the Romanian Patriarchate winning the first prize at the International Choral Contest held in Ochrid, Macedonia, from 21 \u2013 25 August 2014.<\/p>\n
