On the 3rd<\/sup> Sunday of Lent, His Grace Timotei Prahoveanul, Assistant Bishop to the Archdiocese of Bucharest, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at Radu-Vod\u0103 Monastery<\/em> in Bucharest \u2013 protosyncelos Sava Hasuc from the monastic community informs. During the Divine Liturgy, His Grace has ordained a deacon for the chapel of Metropolitan Nifon<\/em> Theological Seminary in Bucharest.<\/p>\n

This Sunday, hundreds of faithful attended the Divine Liturgy celebrated in the church of Radu-Vod\u0103 Monastery<\/em> in Bucharest by His Grace Timotei Prahoveanul. The celebrating group consisted of the Very Rev. Archimandrite Nectarie \u015eofelea, abbot of the monastery and administrative exarch to the Archdiocese of Bucharest, as well as of servant priests of the community in the monastic settlement.<\/p>\n

The cross is the sign of the immortal king, Jesus Christ, our Saviour, and therefore every one of us must make efforts, take our cross and go to the Resurrection together with Christ \u2013 <\/em>urged the Assistant Bishop to the Archdiocese of Bucharest the faithful present in the place of worship.<\/p>\n

During the Divine Liturgy, the young theologian Du\u0163\u0103 Andrei was ordained deacon for the chapel of Metropolitan Nifon <\/em>Orthodox Theological Seminary in Bucharest.<\/p>\n
