The Archdiocese of Buzau and Vrancea helped the families affected by floods and offered them material and financial aid in order to help them overcome this hard time \u2013 Drago\u015f Olteanu, speaker of the Eparchy informs.<\/p>\n<p>From 27 June \u2013 1 July 2016, the representatives of the <em>Social-Philanthropic and Missionary Department <\/em>of the Eparchy went to Reghiu, Pitulusa and Bolote\u015fti localities, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Ciprian, and offered the hard affected families aliments, cleaning and hygiene products, clothes, and credit cards as presents to help them get the construction materials needed for rehabilitating the houses affected by waters.<\/p>\n<p>The following days the Archdiocese of Buzau and Vrancea will unfold some other initiatives for helping those who suffered because of floods, proving once more that the Church is not indifferent to the needs of her faithful.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/basilica.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/IMG-1966-Custom.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-137268\" src=\"http:\/\/basilica.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/IMG-1966-Custom-890x646.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 1966 (Custom)\" width=\"890\" height=\"646\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tens of houses of several localities of Vrancea region were affected by abundant rains at the beginning of June.
