Thursday, October 25, 2018, the working session of the Holy Synod of the Romaian Orthodox Church was opened with a\u00a0a\u00a0Te Deum<\/em>\u00a0service officiated by\u00a0His Grace Teofil of Iberia, Assistant bishop to the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Spain and Portugal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel and ierarchs of the Holy Sinod took part at the religious service.<\/p>\n

The working session began at 10:00 am.<\/p>\n

The session will be interrupted at the moment when the the icon and holy relics of Saint Callinicus of Cernica and of the Saint Demetrios the New arrive on\u00a0the Patriarchate\u2019s Hill, at 12.30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Next, the Saints\u2019 holy relics and icons will be enshrined at the baldachin on the Patriarchate\u2019s Hill and will be available for veneration until Monday, October 29.<\/p>\n
