Porfirie Dobre said during a Radio Trinitas show.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The abbot of Sireti Monastery, Fr. Porfirie was a member of the delegation of the Metropolis of Chisinau (Moscow Patriarchate) who brought to Bucharest a particle of the holy relics of Saint Dionysius Erhan for the celebrations dedicated to St Demetrios the New, Protector of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>Fr. Porfirie spoke about his deep devotion to St Dionysius Erhan since he was born on the same day the Church commemorates the Saint\u2019s feast, September 17.<\/p>\n<p>The abbot said he learned about St Dionysius for the first time in 1996. \u2018His life impressed me, because he was a self-taught person.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The abbot of Sireti Monastery attended the uncovering of the Saint\u2019s relics.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We found the Saint\u2019s body incorrupt, with a pleasant fragrance,\u2019 Fr.
