{"id":266198,"date":"2019-12-26T16:01:15","date_gmt":"2019-12-26T14:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/basilica.ro\/?p=266198"},"modified":"2019-12-26T19:26:07","modified_gmt":"2019-12-26T17:26:07","slug":"mass-baptism-of-52-children-adults-celebrated-in-congo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arhiva.basilica.ro\/en\/mass-baptism-of-52-children-adults-celebrated-in-congo\/","title":{"rendered":"Mass Baptism of 52 children, adults celebrated in Congo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"os\" data-enum=\"p3\" data-field=\" paragraph\"><strong>As the Orthodox faithful of the Congo were preparing to celebrate the Nativity in the Flesh of our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ, a large number of those who had prepared themselves were united to His death and Resurrection in the holy Mystery of Baptism.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-enum=\"p3\" data-field=\" paragraph\">On Tuesday, December 24, Metropolitan Panteleimon of Brazzaville and Gabon celebrated the Baptism of 52 people of all ages, Orthochristian reports.<\/p>\n<p data-enum=\"p3\" data-field=\" paragraph\">The service was celebrated at the outdoor baptistery of the Cathedral of St. Demetrios in Pointe-Noire, Congo, for people coming from the city\u2019s parish communities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"os\" data-enum=\"p9\" data-field=\" paragraph\">As always, Met.
