With this new publication, it is now possible for Chinese Orthodox Christians to celebrate the festal service in their native language, Orthochristian <a href=\"https:\/\/orthochristian.com\/126986.html\">reports<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"os\" data-enum=\"p3\" data-field=\" paragraph\">The publication contains the texts for the Royal Hours, Typica, Great Compline, and Matins. The texts are annotated with commentary in English.<\/p>\n<p class=\"os\" data-enum=\"p4\" data-field=\" paragraph\">The translation uses terminology used by the 19th century Peking Mission, adapted to the modern standards for Chinese church service texts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"os\" data-enum=\"p5\" data-field=\" paragraph\"><em>An electronic version of this publication is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/orthodoxbookshop.asia\/catalogue\/divine-service-of-nativity-of-our-lord-tradit-characters_348\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">available<\/a>\u00a0on the publisher\u2019s website.
