Lino Bianco, Malta&#8217;s Ambassador to Romania, Fr. George Alexandru Popescu, parish priest of the Romanian community in Malta, and Andreea Popescu, the coordinator of the youth department of the Romanian parish.<\/p>\n<p>President George Vella posted details about the meeting on social media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether we discussed about the Romanian Community living in Malta, their culture and language. His Grace Atanasie expressed his gratitude towards the kindness and hospitality of the Maltese People towards the Romanian nationals living in Malta,\u201d President Vella noted.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Bishop Atanasie of Bogdania visited Malta to attend the patronal feast of the Romanian parish in the Maltese Republic.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I received a courtesy call from His Grace Atanasie, the Auxiliary Bishop of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese, who follows the community\u2019s interests in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Malta?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Malta<\/a>.
