The event will be hosted by the Orthodox Academy and the Monastery in Supra\u015bl.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The period has been extended by a day compared to the initial announcement: now the event is scheduled for July 18-24.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will explore the theme \u201cGo and bear fruit\u201d (John 15:6) through workshops, lectures, plays, film, music, and fellowship activities.<\/p>\n<p>The event is hosted by His Beatitude Metropolitan Sawa of Warsaw and All Poland and the organizers are part of an international youth workers group coordinated by Archdeacon Joseph Matusiak.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Our goal is to provide young people who are committed to their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ with an opportunity to experience the unity and universality of the One Holy Orthodox Church,&#8221; the archdeacon declared.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The &#8220;Supra\u015bl 2022&#8221; keynote speakers are\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-GB\">His Eminence Metropolitan Antonios of Zahleh, Lebanon (Antioch Patriarchate) and His Eminence Archbishop George of Wroclaw and Szczecin (Church of Poland).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A multi-track format will explore topic areas including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Youth Ministry;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theology of Creativity<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>Liturgical and Folk Music;<\/li>\n<li>Orthodoxy and Ecology;<\/li>\n<li>Missions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Workshop topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being Orthodox: living as a minority or majority;<\/li>\n<li>Called to missions: the experience of being a missionary;<\/li>\n<li>Creative arts as mission;<\/li>\n<li>Youth ministry: how to communicate, listen to and reach youth;<\/li>\n<li>Ecological projects for individuals, families and parishes;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding human creativity;<\/li>\n<li>Discussing and teaching about moral issues;<\/li>\n<li>Responding to those of other faith traditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The International Society will organize liturgical music workshops and divine services for Orthodox Church Music (<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isocm.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.isocm.com<\/a>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We are confident Orthodox young adults from all corners of the world will find the gathering an excellent setting to learn, share ideas, explore common issues, and create new friendships, further developing their skills as leaders in their communities,&#8221; said Archdeacon Joseph Matusiak, director of the event.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_355575\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-355575\" style=\"width: 890px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-355575 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/basilica.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/se-schimba-locul-de-intalnire-al-tinerilor-ortodocsi-wroclaw-2022-devine-suprasl-2022-890x593.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"890\" height=\"593\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-355575\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The young participants will be able to participate in the divine services held at the Supra\u015bl Monastery.
