Hierodeacon ordained monks at the Diocese R\u00e2mnic (c. 1780), then hieromonk (1787); studied the same Bishopric. There has copied about 15 manuscripts, among which: Bogosloviei Mirror (1783), Barlaam and Ioasaf (2 ex., 1781 and 1784), History of Romanian Country (1781) and others. After 1792 was in the service Metropolitan of Bucharest like Archimandrite (1793). On 13 February 1823 elected Bishop of Arges (ordained February 23), shepherd to death.
