Floru, county of Olt. Studies at the “Central\u201d Seminary (1900 \u2013 1908).<\/p>\n
Faculty of Theology of Bucharest (1908 \u2013 1912) and specialised courses<\/p>\n
at the National Capodistrian University of Athens (1918 \u2013 1921), where<\/p>\n
he graduates Theology (1920) and Philology-Philosophy (1919), doctor in<\/p>\n
theology (1923); priest at the church of “Saint Nicolae-S\u00e2rbi\u201d (since<\/p>\n
February 1913), secretary of the Faculty of Theology (1 April 1913 \u2013 1<\/p>\n
March 1924), professor of Religion at “Marica Br\u00e2ncoveanu\u201d Secondary<\/p>\n
School (1926 \u2013 1928), at the Normal School of “Gh. And M. Filipescu\u201d<\/p>\n
(1927 \u2013 1929) and at the “Gheorghe \u0218incai\u201d Secondary School (1928 \u2013<\/p>\n
1940) of Bucharest; member of the metropolitan consistory of Bucharest<\/p>\n
(1938-1944).<\/p>\n
Works: Origen (1923, thesis for a doctor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n
in manuscript); Origin of the church hierarchy. Archaeological \u2013<\/p>\n
exegetic study (1920); Muratori Canon (1920), Apocryphal Gospels (1922)\u00b8<\/p>\n
Relations of our Church with the Patriarchate of Constantinople (1932);<\/p>\n
Calendric study on seven planets (1935), Saint Peter the Apostle was<\/p>\n
not a Bishop in Rome (1940). He passed away in December 1944, in<\/p>\n
