Carollers from “Anastasia Popescu” Orthodox School of Bucharest at the Romanian Patriarchate

Friday, 20 December 2013, His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel received the visit of the group of carollers of the Orthodox secondary school of “Anastasia Popescu”, Bucharest, in “Europa Christiana” hall.

After the carols programme, the Primate of the Romanian Orthodox Church congratulated the students for the beautiful traditions that they promote.

“We wish you, your parents and teachers who teach you these beautiful traditions , good health and joy, peace and much help of God in the activity you go off designed to enrich the soul through knowledge and Romanian beautiful traditions. We wish the feast of the Nativity of the Lord, the New Year 2014, and the feast of the Baptism of the Lord to bring you much joy and for you to be a blessing for the parents, Church, and society, in general”, the Patriarch of Romania said.

The carollers were rewarded with gifts by His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church.
